I have a PhD in English, Media Studies, Communication, an Masters of Arts in Communication, and a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media.

I am a full-time professor at a college in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I have taught for 11 years. I have been a professor, a teaching assistant, and a tutor. I teach face-to-face and online. I do all of my instructional design, including presentations and videos.

I am the adviser for the honors society for my college. I mentor international students. I am part of a lot of committees, including one on diversity and another on online teaching quality. I am very involved on campus.
