The Crawfordsville Community School Corporation uses a curriculum that establishes clear standards for learning. Educating Our Parents: Understanding the Crawfordsville District Curriculum
Crawfordsville Community Schools follow a mathematics curriculum that summarizes the knowledge and skills that should be available to each student. The areas of K-8 mathematics focus on characteristics of numbers and equations, as well as geometrical relationships. In high school, students move on to more complex problems in the areas of algebra, trigonometry, pre-calculus, and other math topics.
The goal of the social studies curriculum is prepare students to become responsible citizens able to make appropriate decisions. In kindergarten, students are invited to explore the differences and changes in their immediate environment. They slowly integrate this concept until they are ready to expand their awareness to their state, country, and the world. Although texts and other media are available to students, outside resources, such as field trips and community workers, are also used to develop proficiency in the subjects taught.

- Crawfordsville High School Dominates At Track Meet - The boys and girls track and field teams won first and second place, respectively in the 300 hurdles, 800, 1600, and 3200 run. The boys team also won first place in the high jump and shot put categories, as well as the vault category.
- Hose Elementary Students Know How To Be Safe - Hose Elementary School students are Fire Safety Drill champions! During Fire Prevention Week, students showed that they could keep calm and ready during a fire drill by the Crawfordsville Fire Department.
- The Knights of Nicholson Show Their Character - At Nicholson Elementary, nineteen students demonstrated responsibility, caring, citizenship, trustworthiness, fairness, and respect. These students were rewarded by becoming knights with knight pictures on display and an ice cream party!
