Chalk Talk: The Teaching Profession

Nowadays, there is an overabundant supply of candidates going into the teaching profession who have completed teacher's college. Most want-to-be teachers enter on-call lists and stay on those lists for years before they are assigned a permanent classroom. However, we can say that only few are really good teachers or natural born teachers. How do you know if your child is a natural born teacher? Teachers usually enjoy the arts and love tutoring and exploring creative idea. Teachers love working with children and are often compassionate with highly intellectual abilities. A teacher who is ethical, respectful, compassionate, and skilled in their profession but also passionate for teaching can remarkably change a child's life. If your child thinks of entering the teaching profession, encourage him or her because it is a highly rewarding profession where a great teacher can make all the difference in the world!
