The Mathematics program is a balanced program that enhances problem solving skills that can connect to real-life situations. Students are introduced to the basic mathematics concepts in Kindergarten by learning base 10 numbers. They learn to count objects, assigning numbers and they learn to recognize numbers. They learn to add and subtract, using objects to represent concrete ideas. Students are also introduced to geometric ideas by learning shapes, sorting them into appropriate groups.

Literacy/Language Arts curriculum prepares students by giving them instruction in reading and writing, helping students to develop and improve on these skills with each passing grade level. The goal of this curriculum is to help student to develop and use critical thinking skills and to increase comprehension. Both reading and writing cover a range of fictional and infomational purposes, and students are taught various analytic approaches to each.

You can actually begin teaching your child while he or she is still in the womb. Begin by reading out loud and singing to your baby. Actually, from the moment your baby is born, the brain begins processing and analyzing information. As a parent, you can teach by introducing new experiences, such as allowing your child to touch different types of surfaces, putting a crib mobile above the baby and reading to your baby.
