  • Program Ponderings - The Thames Valley District is hosting a blog that raises discussions about program offerings and initiatives. This is a forum where parents, administrators, and teachers can come together to generate ideas about innovative programming that could be offered to students in the district.
  • Specialized Co-op - The Specialized Cooperative Education Program has been created to serve the Continuing Education goals of the Thames Valley District community. This program is mainly for students ages 18-21 who are prepared to take classes which will earn them a diploma while preparing them for post-secondary opportunities. Courses are held online and students are expected to meet with their instructors regularly.

Students examine the advantages and disadvantages of becoming an entrepreneur, as well as the pathways one must take in order to become a business owner. The local, provincial, and national economies are also analyzed. Students look at various niches of business and determine if they are experiencing growth or decline. Using this information, learners develop proposals for businesses they feel will succeed in the current economic climate.
