Ridgecrest District and Curriculum

The schools in Ridgecrest follow a curriculum that offers a standards-based outline to subject area learning. In Math and English/Language Arts, the schools use the Common Core Standards which is a widely used curricular model because of how it described the broad learning areas of each subject and the skills and knowledge needed in order to become proficient in the subject and uses those to create learning objectives.

We currently cover the following Ridgecrest-area school district: Sierra Sands Unified School District.
