Woolwich District Curriculum Used in Our In-Home Tutoring Programs

In Woolwich, student learning is guided by the Ontario Curriculum, which is a standards-based model covering academic courses, enrichment subjects, and multi-year programs available to students. For each, there is a framework which specifies what students will learn, will be expected to do, and the proficiencies which they should gain. These are the standards of learning and teachers have flexibility in how they choose to instruct students in various topics. All core academic subjects are designed to begin students with fundamental knowledge and progress them towards more analytical understanding and conceptual awareness.

We currently cover the following Woolwich-area school districts: Waterloo Catholic District School Board and Waterloo Region District School Board.
