They look different by observing them from different places and different angles. Examples of polyhedrons can be cubes, cuboids, pyramids and prisms etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Polygonal<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>faces<\/em><\/strong> are the regions by which the polyhedron is bounded. For example, the polygonal faces of the cube are the squares.<\/p>\n<p>An <strong><em>edge<\/em><\/strong> of a polyhedron is a line segment where any two of its faces meet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>F+V = E+2 is a formula called <strong><em>Euler\u2019s formula<\/em><\/strong> where F,V and E represents the number of faces, vertices and edges respectively.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong><em>regular<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>polyhedron<\/em><\/strong> is a polyhedron whose faces are congruent to each other. Otherwise it is said to be irregular polyhedron.
