Chalk Talk: Fitness and Education

If you look after your physical fitness, you will be a better student. The more fit you are, the better your brain will work. Families can work together on this goal, using it as a way of finding some quality time. Family fitness can consist of the whole family making time for walking, running, or playing a sport. Attending events together is also healthy family exercise. Then families can shop for and prepare healthy meals together. If the whole family makes time to be fit together, everyone benefits. Staying healthy requires the support of those around us, children will learn it first and foremost at home.
