I believe that all children can and will learn in their own way, mostly through play, lively interaction, and meaningful practice that has purpose. Children will be motivated when they have a part in the activities they will engage in or in the learning they will participate in during education.
I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Carlow College in 1991 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. I then went on to receive my Master’s Degree in Education from Duquesne University in 2002 with a 4.0 GPA. Finally, I possess a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a 4.0 GPA and am a certified teacher in the state of Pennsylvania.
I have over 20 years of experience both as a teacher as as a reading coach in the Public School Systems in Pennsylvania.
