My Educational philosophy is the belief in students and doing what is best for students to help them learn and be safe in the everyday world we are in.
As a football coach for 15 years, the best part of my job is teaching life lessons and watching students grow year after year both mentally and in maturity.
Student’s abilities to learn is much greater than ours. With such young minds, they learn things we as adults do not even realize. As a result of this, teaching them sometimes also allows for learning teaching styles as well.
Education is a learning process for all involved as long as there is willingness and it is the best experience when you watch teaching come to life after a student gets it and puts it into practice.
