When it comes to learning everyone is different. Therefore, teaching can also be customized to the needs of the individual. Although it does not need to be hard, education should not be taken lightly. With the right amount of discipline, hard work and motivation, anyone can reach or surpass their educational goals.
I am a full time honors student at Modesto Junior College. Currently I am studying my general education and I am in my sophomore year. I have taken half the classes necessary to transfer to a four year institution and my current GPA is 3.8. I take my studies very seriously and focus on quality learning.
I am a well rounded person when it comes to academic achievement. I can confidently tutor algebra and geometry. I also excel in English, history, and I tutor fellow classmates in chemistry. I can speak fluently in Spanish and have experience teaching English learners.
I have volunteered as a tutor at my church, with friends, and at schools. I have experience tutoring children from preschool to high school. I have also worked with special needs children. I have experience with ESL students as well. I have taught adult and children ESL learners.
Out of school I like to spend time volunteering with different activities in the community. I frequently volunteer in church or educational related events. This way I do something productive and it’s a good way to spend my time. Other time off of school is spent at work or with family and friends.
