I believe that teachers who demonstrate curiosity and passion about a subject area motivate students to learn. I also believe it is my duty as an educator to equip students with the tools they need to achieve their goals.

I graduated High School in 2006 from Calhoun City High School. I then attended Mississippi State University and graduated in the fall of 2011 with my Bachelors Degree in Education. I am currently seeking my Masters in Education through Arkansas State University.

I have been teaching in Mississippi for three years as of 2015 and have enjoyed every minute of it.

I am a basketball girls coach and I also still participate in pick up games with ladies my age.
