I believe that by connecting concepts to a student’s life, you can help them learn and understand the material. I think that History is a valuable subject that connects us globally and can help us understand and interact with each other.

I graduated from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst with my Bachelors Degree in History and with a minor in Sociology. I have my Masters Degree in Education Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Massachusetts – Lowell.

I have experience student teaching and teaching my own classrooms. I have taught History primarily.

I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I especially like to bake for them. I also like to read a book with a good cup of tea by my side. And I love playing fetch and going on walks with my funny, little dog.
