I believe that all children can learn. Good learning habits acquired at an early age improve the quality of a students entire life. Because different students learn differently, individual tutoring helps to tap into a student’s potential and develop his or her learning skills. Some children need additional attention, and with this attention can thrive.

I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in Education. I am certified to teach in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

I have worked as a substitute teacher for the past seven years. I enjoy the schedule flexibility of being a substitute. Through subbing,I have been able to experience teaching at every grade level, from elementary through high school. Simultaneously I teach in a youth program at our local community college.

I am very involved in the arts, especially the visual arts. Painting and sculpting are two of my passions. I spend a lot of time with my Basset Hound, exploring our neighborhood on long walks. Also love to read Daniel Silva novels.
