Chalk Talk: Thanking Your Child's Teacher
Anytime is a good time to say thank you to special people who have helped your family in some way. When your child started the school year in September, his or her teacher may have been a complete stranger, but by now, your child has spent a great deal of time with this teacher every school day. Why not thank the teacher with handmade thank you cards, inside describing why the teacher is so special? Whatever you decide on as an act of recognition, the gesture of thanks and kindness is nice for a teacher to receive, and will only help to recharge that teacher for the remainder of the school year.
