Chalk Talk: The Importance of Exercise

Exercise is important for everyone, but it can help students achieve greater academic success. For one thing, it clears the mind and helps the student overcome mental blocks. It increases energy levels and enables the student to get more done. It improves health and keeps the student from missing school because of illness. You can encourage your child to remain physically active every day for greater performance in school and join in to experience the benefits for yourself!
