I believe that everyone has the potential to learn, and should be encouraged to do so at their own pace and within their comfort zone. Learning a language is an on-going process. I compare it to a puzzle: pieces here and pieces there until it all comes together.
I completed my Bachelors Degree in French Language and Literature at Université de Montréal and then went on to study translation at the Université de Montréal and Journalism, Advertising and PR in an English institution. I am currently learning Spanish.
I worked as a substitute teacher while in university, tutored and helped with reading as a volunteer. I am currently teaching English as a second language in the same private school where I am learning Spanish.
I enjoy walking at least half an hour a day, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, going to the movies, learning Spanish, cooking and entertaining, and traveling as much as I can.
