I believe in a hands on, student centered approach to education in which the teacher facilitates the student’s acquisition of skills and knowledge. The teacher provides guidance and individualized attention in order to lead the student toward making discoveries that benefit the student as an individual. The teacher also assists the student in acquiring a greater understanding of the subject matter.
