Knowledge is power. Teachers are facilitators of knowledge; providing students with the tools to learn new things and add to prior knowledge. Highly effective, caring, and supportive teachers are the best facilitators. Students remember these types of teachers because they challenge them; they show they care.

I have my Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. I then went on to obtain my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Argosy University. I now possess a Certificate of Completion from the Educator Prep Institute at Pasco Hernando Community College.

I have tutored Kindergarten students with reading, student teaching experience at Florida Virtual Schools teaching middle school science, and 1 year of experience as a middle school science teacher with Hillsborough County Schools.

I coach track and field for middle school athletes. I have over 9 years of experience as a track and field athlete. I am also the mother of a Kindergarten student who loves reading, outdoor activities and science! I am passionate about science and molding young scientists for this in demand field!
