I believe that all students are capable of learning complex material based on their individual learning needs. It is my passion to attend to these needs to make learning fun and enjoyable. When students experience success, they strive harder to be successful. My goal is to spark curiosity and success in each and every student.
My education began in Germany, where I attended German public school from grades K-8. Thereafter, my family moved to the U.S. where I started and finished my high school career in Brownsville. I then attended California University of Pennsylvania and obtained my teaching certification in Mathematics. Later in my teaching career I also obtained my German teaching certification.
I have experience teaching students as a teacher in the classroom environment and working with students as a tutor in one-on-one environments.
During my college career, I participated in many extracurricular activities such as the Mathematics Association of America and the Bodybuilding and Fitness Club. I also organized and managed many food drives and fundraisers for school and community events.
