My Educational Philosophy is that students can be successful in Math if the lessons are presented in multiple way so that the student can choose the method that is best for them. I try to present the topics in different ways that keeps the students interested.
I received my Bachelors from Loyola University of New Orleans in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science and Secondary Education. I received my National Board Certification and my Masters in 2011. My Masters is in Educational Leadership.
I have been teaching high school math for 12 years. I usually teach at-risk students.
I co-sponsor the Student Council at my school with another teacher. I also teach the Leadership class. Both groups are in charge of planning most events at school. We also require community service hours to remain an active member.
