For me, learning is an interactive process during which the teacher helps create an environment so that any student, regardless of skill or learning style, can thrive. Central to all good teaching is utmost respect for the student and a willingness to be in the moment, taking advantage of what naturally arises during a session. Other elements key to my educational philosophy are patience and humility on the part of the instructor as well generating creative ways to reach students.
