I believe that you should make teaching fun for the student you are tutoring. This ensures that they are enjoying their learning and thus they will better absorb the material.

My educational background is in the sciences. In university I majored as a Biomedical Sciences’ student. This program entails studying subjects from anatomy to statistics to biochemistry. I have also taken lab courses and know my way around a laboratory.

I have experience tutoring students in one-on-one environments and in small groups.

Currently, I mentor high school children. I also am a member of many groups on campus at Ottawa University and love being involved in my school. Some of the groups I am involved with are engineers without borders and free the children.
