As an English instructor, my goal is to encourage students to find joy in reading. If students enjoy reading, they can feel inspired and empowered in other subjects. I believe that every student has the ability to succeed.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in English from the State University of New York at Buffalo, a Master of Business Administration in Management from Everest University, and a Master of Science in Education from St. Joseph’s University.

I have one year of high school English teaching experience and four years of online teaching assistant experience at the graduate level.

I enjoy reading both fiction and non-fiction. I write poetry and short stories. I like to exercise by practicing yoga and also enjoy hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
