Chalk Talk: How to Thank Your Child's Teacher
When your child started the school year in September, his or her teacher may have been a complete stranger, but after a while, your child has spent a great deal of time with this teacher every day during the school day. Why not show appreciation for the teacher with a small gift from your child such as a hand-made picture frame? Or gather a group of children to make thank you cards, inside describing why the teacher is so special. Whatever you decide on as a token of appreciation, large or small, this gesture of thanks is a great way to recognize your child's teacher and will only help to recharge that teacher for the remaining days of the school year.
