Good eating habits, physical activity and exercise are key factors to good health, and all of these important factors can be taught in Physical Education Class at school. Studies have shown children are more focused, more cooperative, and perform better academically when they participate in a Physical Education Program, reminding us that Physical Education Class is an important part of a child's curriculum in all grade levels.
