Relevant software is used in order to conceptualize and integrate students with the necessary skills they may be using in the future, including but not limited to: Geometer’s Sketchpad Software, Fathom Software, Understanding Math Software, and FastMath Software. The curriculum is based on solving real world problems for students to gain an actual understanding of the problems ahead. They are asked to explain their solutions, and be able to apply their knowledge to various different settings. From the elementary years, basic arithmetic is taught, advancing slowly to algebra and geometry in more senior years. Minimum grade requirements are slightly elevated in order to ensure that no student graduates without clearly understanding the subject.
English Language Arts is taught in a way which considers all students thinkers, innovators, writers, and thinkers. Students are guided through the necessary steps in order to make sense of words and understand their significance, and furthermore construct their own literary works.
