The elementary Language Arts curriculum of Escambia County School District centers on writing, viewing, listening, speaking, and reading. High school students diversify their skills by taking classes in speech, debate, creative writing, and journalism.

Middle school students explore scientific measurement, cells, body systems, ecosystems, minerals, the atmosphere, atoms, electricity, magnetism, and adaptation.
