One of the topics I have studied is “Psychology and Education”, where I was taught how students of all ages learn. From that, I learned that I should tailor my tutoring style to my students, taking into consideration their strengths, where they need to develop, and most importantly, who they are as people.

I majored in Psychology at the University of Guelph. I plan to further pursue my education through a Masters in Psychology, focusing on either family dynamics or clinical psychology and possibly attain my doctorate.

I volunteer on a number of research projects for three leading psychologists. I’ve been a camp counsellor and a high school tutor. In my latter role, I helped students with their English essays and other assignments.

Outside of my university life and tutoring, I like to watch movies, play drums, and read mystery novels. Aside from that, I have an interest in history and the architectural styles of historic buildings.
