EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
Bringing the best opportunity to succeed to my students in the classroom is my main priority. I am able to accomplish this goal through the infusion of technology within my lessons, writing across the curriculum activities, and focusing on the student both in and out of the classroom. Through the Instructional Technology classes I am taking, I have been able to implement technology into the classroom.
I believe that writing skills should not only be taught by the English Department; rather, it should be a group effort across the curriculum to build the students’ writing skills. Finally, being an involved educator, I feel it is important to take the opportunity not only to educate my students in the classroom, but outside of the classroom as well.
