I believe in lifelong learning and positive reinforcement. Writing and reading at a high level are essential for succeeding in the marketplace and life. Patience and the willingness to present material in a variety of ways when teaching are key to the learning experience.

I obtained a Bachelor of English, creative writing emphasis in 2013, magna cum laude. My minor was in philosophy. I completed several short stories while in college, one of which was selected for a local writing competition.

I write short stories in my free time. My most recent story focuses on a woman bicycle racer, because I believe women need more recognition in sports, especially in road bike racing.
