Teaching students is all about preparing them for their future. I believe a positive, engaging atmosphere enables students’ success. I will provide an open mind, positive attitude, and high expectations for all students.

I graduated Cum Laude from Bloomsburg University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education English. I earned my Master of Science in Education from Wilkes University, online in 2010 with an overall 3.95 GPA.

I have been teaching at the same Junior/Senior high school for the past 7 years where I teach 9th grade.

I have helped with auditions for the school musical, and even helped with practices when our instructor was injured. I was also a judge for Odyssey of the Mind three times. I also taught 7th and 8th graders during summer school for three consecutive summers.
