EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
My teaching philosophy is holistic. I respond to students’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual needs. To create a dynamic and differentiated environment, I strive to integrate multiple intelligences into my units, Bloom’s Taxonomy, as well as cooperative learning, debate, drama, visual organizers, and metacognition.
Above all, I am quick to build rapport in the classroom and I truly believe that the framework for all learning that will take place begins with building relationships and community within the classroom.
