EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
An educator should be passionate about their subject matter and love their job. I am passionate about teaching and learning. A successful educator must also be knowledgeable of their subject matter. I want my students to master the concept and show growth in everything that they do.
An outstanding educator must be prepared and organized. Without organization and planning it is impossible to maximize your time and make sure that you meet the needs of every individual student. In order to get to know a student’s individual needs you have to care about the student and have a positive rapport with them.
