I believe that each learner is a unique individual who needs a secure and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature. As an educator I provide an environment that is safe and invites development. I believe an educator should act as a guide, providing the knowledge and excitement that will promote student curiosity and a natural enthusiasm for learning.

I have a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Psychology and a Masters of Science in Curriculum and Instruction. I attended a Teacher Preparation program when I decided to go into education and an currently a certified teacher in the state of Florida.

I have over sixteen years of teaching experience in both the public and private sectors to include 6-12 Math and Special Education.

I enjoy running, biking, and swimming and I just started doing yoga. I volunteer at a school for young mothers where I tutor math. Also, I love to read and write and just published my very first teen thriller!
