EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
I understand the need for all students, regardless of age, to feel important, special, smart, capable, and accomplished. I believe all students can learn. I also believe instruction should consist of a proportionate balance of teaching freshly-gained information and learning how to apply it with a gentle, compassionate hand.
In order to create a recipe that will result in successful students, I want to carefully balance two important elements of education; continuously acquiring fresh knowledge, and enthusiastically passing it on to students while attending their individual needs.
I also believe technology should be constantly updated and taught in order to equip our students to compete with the world of learning in the 21st century.
