I believe that education is a life long journey. Individuals should seek to gain knowledge through proper education instead of memorization. Each child deserves the opportunity to have an educational journey which allows them to expand their knowledge and skills in a fun and informative setting.

I have had an extensive educational experience in my college years. I have held high academic standards throughout both my undergraduate and graduate degrees. My educational journey has consisted of additional steps that were not required for my degree progress, but were chosen for their effectiveness in ensuring a well rounded program. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and my Master’s Degree in General Psychology.

I have home-schooled my own son from Pre-K to 2nd grade. I have also provided personal tutoring for students and have organized a variety of childhood activities to line up with educational milestones such as fall harvest activities to teach about gardening and seasons.

I am an avid writer and reader. I utilize spare time to continue my personal and professional education in a variety of ways. In addition to my professional degree progress, I have also enrolled in classes to train in fields not directly related to my degree.
