I believe that each child is a unique individual who deserves a caring, secure, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. It is my desire as a educator to help students meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing an environment that is safe, supportive, and invites a sharing of ideas.

Education has always been important to me. Currently I am working on my M.Ed. degree in K-12 Online Teacher Leadership. I have a teaching license in Special Education with an endorsement in Music Education. I currently teach at a K-8 school and enjoy working with students of all ages and backgrounds.

I have 3 years of experience teaching music to K-8th graders. I have 2 years of teaching special education.

I teach music and drama as extracurricular activities. I also enjoy hiking and reading in my spare time. When I am not working as an educator, I like to paint and listen to music.
