I believe that education should give students a greater sense of pride and self-worth. Teaching them to understand and think for themselves will enable them to shape the future for good. If they believe in themselves, they will be able to achieve their dreams.

I have my Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Utah, and my TESOL certification from Kennesaw State University. I have read across many genres and time-periods, and have taken grammar classes throughout my education.

I have helped many students with literature and grammar, as well as teaching a 10 week ESL course. I have also been teaching a weekly, 60 minute lesson for 14-15 year old students at church.

I have taken several photography classes, and enjoy it very much. I also write in my free time, and read as much as I can. I enjoy studying languages; I am conversational in both Italian and Portuguese.
