EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
I believe in the Theory of Multiple Intelligence, meaning that every single individual learns in a personalized manner. Some students may understand a lesson if it were taught visually, others might learn more effectively with hands-on activities (bodily-kinesthetic). Because of this my instruction involves learning and lessons that appeal to multiple kinds of learners. I believe it is an educators task to being material to the learner, catering the material based on specific need and personal preference. Grasping of concepts becomes more concrete and learning is more effective.
