I believe it is my responsibility to assist students in finding their true potential. I also believe that all students can learn whether disabled or not.

I attended Collin College for two years then moved on to East Texas State University for two years. I double majored in Kinesiology and English. I went on the an alternative certification program through Region X Service Center in Richardson to obtain my special education certification.

I have been teaching in Texas and public schools at all levels since 1996. I am currently teaching English and Professional Communications.

I am a mother of 3 boys, therefore my extracurricular life revolves around them. All of my boys are involved in athletics and church. I attend all football, basketball, and baseball games for my children. I enjoy reading in my spare time.
