About Me
EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
Everyone should be given the opportunity to learn and we all need to take steps to learn. Learning doesn’t come easy for some people but that doesn’t mean that they’re incapable of learning just that it might take a little more push. Patience is the key to teaching and learning, both work together to create a better atmosphere.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
In my high school years I created a homework club for kids at a local elementary school. I attended Lower Columbia College and received my associates in arts. I attended Washington State University and graduated with my Bachelors in Social Science.
TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I spent a year working at an elementary school teaching reading to young children and also furthering that love with events and after school programs.
EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
I was the youth chairman at my local Fraternal order of the Eagles for eight years and I used that opportunity to further learning and creativity though holidays and event activities.
