Everyone can learn; it just comes down to the effort the student is willing to put in and the amount of supports around the student. As a teacher I have seen all types of students. Those who struggle, but keep trying often gain even stronger study skills than those students with which the classroom material comes easily to.

In 2013 I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in General Social Sciences with a minor in Business. As of 2015, I received my Master’s Degree in Secondary Education. I am currently certified to teach in Oregon.

I have experience teaching in the classroom and tutoring students one-on-one.

I coach gymnastics. In my free time I enjoy working out and staying healthy. I also enjoy cooking food and baking treats for both my family and friends. Last, I enjoy reading a variety of literature. I find that it makes me a more imaginative and inquisitive person as well as more well rounded.
