As a teacher, I believe that it is my job to help each and every student perform to their highest potential. I believe that it is a privilege to be an educator and I will work as hard as I can to ensure that I give my students my best.

I spent my years as an undergraduate at The Ohio State University where I studied many different teaching philosophies, including Montessori and Reggio Emilia. Upon graduation, I proceeded to attain my teaching licensure in Pre-K thru 3rd grade.

Most of my experience is with early education, Pre-k-3rd grade. I have worked in English language learners as well as with exceptional children. I am comfortable with all subject areas.

Currently I have 3 children, one of which is in school. I work with my other two children at home with their early learning strategies. I help my husband with his undergraduate coursework when needed as well.
