I believe that everyone has their own style of learning, and that each student deserves a positive atmosphere in which to learn. Motivation and encouragement are very important factors when it comes to teaching, and my belief is that a positive learning experience will exponentially increase the rate of success and willingness to learn.

I completed my Bachelor’s Degree at Wilfrid Laurier University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Geography.

I began tutoring students while I was still in high school. I also have experience as a teaching assistant in an ESL program during university, and recently started assisting fellow (international) students with written assignments.

Throughout high school I was part of numerous sport teams such as rugby, swimming, curling, softball, as well as track and field. I’ve played house league soccer and varsity lacrosse for my four years at university.
