I think education should be fun. When students enjoy a class or the material or teacher, then they will learn better; retain more. A teacher’s job is to inspire students to achieve to the next level or goal.

I received all my formal educational training at the University of Missouri in Columbia. I graduated with a BS in Education in 1981; I attended again in 1998-1999 to get certified as a teacher for math and learning disabled students.

It depends on the weather as to my activities. I enjoy nature and being outside. I ride a motorcycle on nice days or walk in the woods on other days. If it is too cold or wet outside, I will read or draw or play critical thinking mind games and puzzles.
