I believe in building rapport with my students so that my lessons can be as engaging to each individual student as possible. I also value creative, student-centered, and hands-on activities and materials that make learning as enjoyable as possible.

I hold a degree in English from Ohio University. I also earned a TESOL certificate in 2010, and have participated in regular teacher training workshops since I began my teaching career in 2010.

I have three years of teaching experience, and 6 years of tutoring experience. I have worked with primary through high school students, as well as adults. I have also worked with students of all levels.

I enjoy reading, cooking and being outdoors. I also love to travel. While working as a high school teacher, I was the Model United Nations Club teacher and prepared students for conferences overseas.
