I believe in learning through fun and exciting ways. Learning should be a life long process and I believe as the teacher we need to encourage students to see school as an exciting journey. I believe in fostering confident and resilient children and with that our students can do anything.

I accomplished a 4 year degree at McMaster University majoring in sociology. I then continued to Redeemer University College’s educational program to complete my Education Degree.

I am a current supply teacher for PreK to Grade 4. I also volunteer in a grade 5 classroom. I also tutor students in one-on-one settings.

I enjoy doing reading type after school activities and organizing fun and engaging ways to extend the classroom. I was able to work in an after school program during my university career and I always enjoyed working with students to complete their homework and help them create confidence in their school work.
