EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY
I believe students must attach new information to past experiences and prior known information to best encode content. Teachers must teach content through a variety of measures as every student learns differently. It is imperative for teachers to meet students needs and interests with academic content in order to motivate students and drive instruction. Teachers must continually monitor, assess and readjust instruction in order to make sure every student is reaching the full benefits of every lesson.
